Installation and Mounting Tips

For optimal performance, select a flat surface for mounting. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, or other contaminants. Mark the drilling hole by using the antenna base as a template for the center point for drilling. Drill a hole that accommodates the antenna’s threaded bolt. Place the threaded bolt through the drilled hole from the exterior side. From the inside, screw the mounting nut and tighten it securely to establish a firm installation. Carefully route the cables to your device. Surface mounting is permanent, withstanding extreme weather, vibration, and wind loads.
