The Taoglas MA241 (Genesis) antenna is an omnidirectional, fully IP65 waterproof external M2M antenna. This unique antenna delivers powerful dual antenna technology for worldwide 4G LTE bands at 700/800/1700/1800/2600 MHz. It enables designers to use only one antenna that covers all common frequencies for LTE and 4G globally. 4G wireless applications demand high-speed data uplink and downlink. High efficiency and high gain antennas are necessary to achieve the required signal to noise ratio and throughput required to solve these challenges. There is high isolation between the two LTE antennas to prevent self-interference. Low loss cables are used to keep efficiency high over long cable lengths.

Typical applications for the MA241 include: HD Video over LTE, and First Responder and Emergency Services. It was designed to be mounted directly on glass or plastic in the interior of vehicles.
