The rugged and low-powered AirLink RV50X cellular router connects critical assets to wireless infrastructure. It’s perfect for energy, utilities, and smart-city applications, and it can provide real-time remote connectivity for SCADA, meters, and distributed management systems. Industrial locations require high-performance, quality antennas, and that’s why Semtech offers dome, panel, and directional antennas approved for the RV50X. The RV50X includes antenna connections for two LTE (Main and Aux) and GPS.

Supporting an extensive range of global 4G LTE bands, the RV50X delivers Cat 6 speed of 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. It also provides a fallback to 2G and 3G networks, too. One popular 3-in-1 antenna is the Semtech shark fin style 6001119 antenna. The aerodynamic dome houses three omnidirectional antenna elements – 2x2 MIMO cellular and GPS – and is designed for public transportation, emergency vehicles, truck fleets, and other mobile operations.
