SENA Technologies' BTS-1000A Bluetooth to RS-232 module converts a standard RS-232 port to a wireless connection. No software installation or configuration is required. The BTS-1000A is commonly used to replace RS-232 cabling and extend the data transfer range. It's compatible with Bluetooth Devices such as USB dongles and Bluetooth equipped computers, laptops, phones and tablets. Cost efficient with low power consumption, the BTS-1000A is ideal for machine communications, remote monitoring, remote data collection and equipment diagnostics.
