The PTA0527 antenna gasket creates a watertight seal for the K9 vehicle antenna. The fitted design keeps out water and dust that could damage the vehicle or antenna. Although the gasket creates a gap between the vehicle surface and antenna, the PTA0527 includes six conductive blocks built into the foam which maintain a ground plane, improving antenna performance. The PTA0527 gasket, designed specifically for the small roof rails of the 2020 Ford Explorer, provides a smooth, watertight mount.
