The MMR-5F magnetic antenna base is a popular solution for public safety and commercial vehicles needing a temporary or convenient antenna mount. The strong magnetic base ensures that a whip antenna stays securely fastened to the vehicle with no need for a permanent installation. Although the strong magnetic base secures to nearly any metal surface, it’s easily removed, leaving no marks on the surface.
The MMR is fully molded and comes with a 5-meter high-quality low-loss coaxial RG58 cable terminated with a female FME connector. The broad, heavy-duty base can handle long whip antennas designed for low frequencies.
