The SMWG-302 features 3 elements in one antenna radome. The first cellular element is the broadband element and covers 800-1250 & 1650-2700 MHz including US and European Cellular channels, AWS, UMTS, and WiMAX. The second element covers 1.7-2.7 GHz used for AWS or WiFi 2.4 GHz and the third element covers GNSS at 1561, 1575, & 1602 MHz.
This surface mount multiband antenna mounts easily to a roof, trunk or bulkhead. The stud mount design uses a 3/4" feed thru (19mm) for securing to the vehicle. It is extremely weather resistant and rated IP67 for water ingress. For best performance, the antenna should be mounted on a metal surface or ground plane. The Cellular and WiMAX cables are 15 feet of low-loss RF-195 (4.5 meters). The GNSS cable is 15 feet of RG-174.
