The BSL50U-XX antenna is rated at 250 watts and Unity gain. It has rugged construction and the radiating elements are supported internally and constructed of copper alloy. They are welded and/or soldered to prevent any intermodulation. They are then encased in an ultraviolet inhibited fiberglass radome and the heavy wall aluminum mounting sleeve is epoxy coated for superior weather protection. It has a full moisture drain system.
This antenna is lightweight at less than 15 lbs. but can easily withstand winds of over 125 MPH. Use the optional heavy duty BSLLUMNT2-4 mounting kit for easy installation.
