The A1483 antenna is the industry standard cellular and SMR antenna. It has 3 dB gain and features a 5/8 wave over 1/4 wave design.
This antenna is manufactured using the finest corrosion resistant materials and finishes available. It is supplied with a triple plated chrome nut and polished whip assembly.
The spring loaded contact housing is larger and will withstand greater impact without failing.
This antenna mate with a standard TAD/NMO type mount, providing an excellent moisture seal even when the antenna is removed.
