The OD-5-2400/5500MOD2 is a vibration-resistant omnidirectional antenna that covers the 2400 to 2485 and 5150 to 5925 MHz frequency bands. It is typically used as a site antenna for wide-area networking in highly vibration-prone environments, such as mining trucks, marine vessels, and other outdoor locations with extreme weather. This antenna may be installed in mining vehicles and large construction equipment. It is built with conformal foam, which dampens the effect of wind and vibration from machinery and vehicles. The base is irradiated for weather protection, and the elements are enclosed in a durable fiberglass radome. The antenna terminates with a Female “N” Jack connector.
