Black Box KVXHP-400 High Performance KVMA Extender with DisplayPort 1.2 MST Technology
The KVXHP-400 Extender is a high-performance KVMA (keyboard, video, mouse, audio) extender. Using DisplayPort 1.2 (Multi-Stream Transport) technology it supports up to four external displays transmitted over a single cable. HD video, USB 2.0 (HID), and audio are all transmitted over a single CATx or Fiber cable. Whether your requirements are CATx or fiber, the KVXHP-400 is equipped to handle both interfaces providing a single solution for all use cases. Developed for enterprise organizations and high-pressure control rooms, it combines the simplicity of true plug-and-play and high-performance 4K KVM extension. In a point-to-point configuration, this quad-head model enables you to use four DisplayPort monitors, USB keyboard/mouse/ other devices, speaker and microphone to operate a remote computer, server, or other IT device.
The KVXHP-400 supports four external MST enabled DisplayPort monitors with resolutions up to 1920x1200 at 60 Hz using 8 bits per color and 4:4:4 chroma sampling, provides high-quality audio, EDID management, and Emulated USB 2.0.

Notes
- For Fiber connectivity, please order the SFP's separately.
- MST enabled monitors or MST hub required.
- If the application requires 2 or more monitors in MST mode (including using an MST hub), the monitors must be HD and not 4K or the application will not function properly.
