Use inexpensive UTP cable instead of bulky coax to link an analog audio source to an integrated audio-video receiver or audio Hi-Fi system. The tiny IC466A balun is ideal for multimedia configurations - use it in boardrooms, classrooms, auditoriums, home installations, and intercom systems. Connect DVD players, satellite receivers, MPEG players, laptops, hi-fidelity stereo audio amplifiers, audio switchers, AV monitors, and other Hi-Fi audio equipment to a Hi-Fi audio output with a pair of Hi-Fi Stereo Audio Baluns. The baluns operate in a point-to-point configuration at a distance of up to 3250 feet (1 km).
