Black Box LHC002A-R4 Fast Ethernet Media Converter, Multimode, SC Connectors

The LHC002A-R4 Compact Media Converter converts between 100 Mbps twisted pair and 100 Mbps multi-mode fiber. It is available with one RJ-45 connector for the twisted pair port and SC fiber connectors for the fiber port. This 1U high, standalone unit includes diagnostic LEDs for each port and a universal (100/240 VAC) power supply.

Typical Enterprise applications include LAN extension, fiber mode conversion, or Ethernet speed conversion. The converter figures out and adjusts internal termination for you. These media converters feature a rugged metal enclosure for stand alone applications and are unmanaged, plug and play with no configuration.
