The ICU544A enables users to extend beyond the standard 16-foot (5-meter) cable limit for USB peripheral devices. It extends device signals point-to-point up to 200 meters over multimode fiber. It is composed of two individual units: the local extender and remote extender. The extender is compatible with all USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) devices and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1.

The ICU544A provides USB speeds 10x faster than any other USB 2 extender on the market. This makes large file and multiple file transfers significantly faster, saving you valuable time.
