The Axiomtek GOT5152T-834 brings capable computing and touchscreen controls to commercial and industrial applications in a slim, rugged package. The 15” LED is the star of the show, being the first thing that draws your attention to this versatile fanless touch panel computer. The screen shines at a bright 420 nits across its 15-inches at a 1024 x 768 resolution. It also sports a resistive type touch screen for easy interaction where a keyboard and mouse won't fit. At just 2” (54.6 mm) thick and weighing only 7 lbs. (3.2 kg), this human-machine interface (HMI) installs just about anywhere.

The 2.0 GHz, quad-core Intel Celeron CPU at the heart of the device brings plenty of power to handle industrial applications. It features Intel high-definition graphics, so the embedded PC can also find its way into commercial applications where it needs to display animations. The computer supports up to 8 GB of RAM, so when paired with the four processing cores it is adept at handling multitasking use. The touch panel also features a side-accessible CFast slot for easy installation and storage swapping.

The aluminum rear heat sink is a vital contributor to the HMI computer's capabilities to dissipate heat without needing a fan. The GOT5152T-834's fanless cooling design is about more than just keeping the internal components at safe temperatures: it also protects them from outside elements. The lack of internal airflow protects the embedded PC from dust, debris, and humidity. It can safely operate at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C and withstand relative humidity between 20 and 90 percent at 40°C. Additionally, it resists vibration to an impressive 2G at 5 to 500 Hz.
