The all-in-one in-vehicle box PC can operate under a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to 70°C and vibration of up to 3 Grms. The UST510-52B-FL offers eight/sixteen PoE ports with M12/RJ-45 connectors and supports remote PoE management software, minimizing the overall NVR and security surveillance deployment efforts and improving monitoring efficiency. Moreover, it supports Smart Ignition power control to protect vehicle battery from unstable voltages. The highly integrated UST510-52B-FL is ideal for in-vehicle applications, including NVR, onboard security surveillance, vehicle controls, fleet monitoring, and onboard passenger infotainment systems.

This fanless in-vehicle system offers two I/O windows for flexible extensions to meet different customization requirements. In addition, the UST510-52B-FL is featured with Axiomtek’s exclusive AX PoE Manager software, allowing operators to monitor the status of each PoE port on-site without rebooting the system, as well as monitor the overall system status from the information chart. Smart Ignition helps avoid OS crashes or any data loss as well as contributes to vehicle battery protection and provides long-life service. The UST510-52B-FL is ready for your in-vehicle application; the customers do not need additional costs and any worries for verification and certification.

The UST510-52B-FL comes with two 260-pin DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM slots for up to 64GB of non-ECC/ECC memory. For extra expansion, the fanless embedded system offers one full-size PCIe Mini Card slot with support of mSATA/USB/PCIe and one half-size PCIe Mini Card slot with support for mSATA/USB. It also offers one M.2 Key E 2230 for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules and one M.2 Key B 3050/3042 for 4G LTE, as well as two external accessible SIM card slots for easy access to the network. For additional storage, two swappable 2.5-inch SATA drives with Intel RAID 0/1, or four swappable 2.5-inch SATA drives with Intel RAID 0/1/5/10, and two mSATA are available. Two HDMI and VGA ports support three surveillance monitors to provide drivers and commuters with timely and accurate on road and traffic-related information. Additionally, the UST510-52B-FL adopts rich I/O interfaces including eight or sixteen GbE PoE, four USB 3.0, two RS-232/422/485, one isolated 6-in/2-out DIO, one VGA, two HDMI, one audio (Mic-in/Line-out), and four antenna openings for WLAN and WWAN usage. Two flexible I/O windows for CAN Bus, LAN, and DIO as well as audio modules are available for various applications in a single system. The UST510-52B-FL supports Windows 11, Windows 10 and Linux. It also features Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM 2.0) to ensure critical information security.

The UST510-52B-FL is powered by the LGA1151 Intel Xeon, 9th/8th Gen Intel Core i7/i5/i3, Celeron or Pentium processor with up to 65W TDP and features the Intel C246 chipset. By switching the power mode, the user-friendly in-vehicle fanless box PC features 12 and 24 VDC typical automotive power input with Smart Ignition or wide-range 9 to 36V DC power input for general purposes.
