The UST500-517-FL embedded PC is paired with a powerful LGA1151 socket for 7th and 6th generation Intel Core and Pentium processors. With 16 Gigabit Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports, this embedded system was made to crunch, store, and transmit multiple, simultaneous video streams. Designed for intelligent transportation applications, it’s ideal for connecting IP cameras to create a mobile surveillance system within a bus or railway environment.
This industrial computer comes equipped with a rich set of I/O to meet a variety of needs. Along with the PoE ports, it includes eight isolated digital channels, two RS-232/422/485, four USB 3.0, audio, and five antenna openings. Its DVI-D, HDMI, and VGA interfaces support three surveillance monitors. It includes two full-sized and two half-sized PCI Express Mini Card slots and wireless options for 4G LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Four swappable or two built-in 2.5" SATA drives provide mass storage capacity for streaming video files. Two externally accessible SIM card slots enable users to change cards to accommodate different LTE service.
The UTS500 withstands the harsh environments common to massive industrial operations. The rugged enclosure features intelligent vehicle power management for ACC on/off delay, shutdown delay, and over/under voltage protection. Its fanless design mitigates vibration up to 3 Grms and allows operation in extreme temperatures from -40° to 70°C. This toughness is supported by E-Mark and EN 50155 certification. Optional M12 connectors are available.
