The OPS530 is a powerful, cost-effective digital signage player fully compliant with the Intel Open Pluggable Specification (OPS). Purpose-built for interactive white boards, interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs), digital signage, and educational applications, the OPS530 combines powerful computing, advanced graphics, and streamlined installation to deliver a future-ready solution for today’s smart display environments.
The OPS530 is designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance yet cost-efficient digital signage systems in education and public-facing interactive environments. Its wide CPU support, seamless 4K content delivery, and robust expansion interfaces make it a versatile solution for system integrators and digital display providers.
Powered by the 13th/12th gen Intel Core i7/i5 processor (Alder Lake-P/U series), the OPS530 delivers powerful computing performance with optional Intel vPro platform support for remote management and TPM 2.0 for security assurance. This signage player supports dual independent 4K displays, enabling high-resolution visuals for immersive learning, engaging meetings, and dynamic signage applications.
The OPS530 features a compact 200 x 119 x 30 mm design, ensuring easy installation and maintenance while offering a rich array of I/O options. These include one USB Type-C, four USB 3.2, one HDMI 1.4b, one RJ-45 GbE LAN, and audio interfaces, along with dual antenna openings for wireless connectivity. For storage, it provides an M.2 Key M 2280 slot with automatic switching between SATA and NVMe SSDs. An M.2 Key E 2230 slot is also available for integrating Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, offering greater flexibility in deployment.
In addition, the OPS530 is equipped with a JAE TX-25A connector, the robust 80-pin interface defined by the Intel OPS standard. This high-speed connector consolidates multiple signals, including DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0a, USB 2.0/3.2, audio, and UART, to streamline system integration and significantly reduce cabling complexity for a cleaner and more efficient setup.
