The Axiomtek GOT3187W-834-PCT is a touch panel PC that combines a heavy-duty enclosure with fanless cooling to address the issues associated with computer use outside of the home or office. This human machine interface (HMI) PC uses fanless cooling to protect itself from debris and dust in the workplace by eliminating the need for an airflow-based cooling solution. The touch panel's rugged design means it can work in incredible environmental conditions including temperatures from -10°C to 50°C and relative humidity up to 90 percent at 40°C. The wide-operational range means the panel PC can withstand use at an indoor pool concession stand through use inside a refrigeration unit. It is also built to withstand up to 2G vibration when using a flash-based data storage option like CFast. This versatility makes the panel device suited for factory automation and self-service kiosk in retail.

The GOT3187W-834-PCT features a display that both looks good and plays well. The embedded computer is built around an 18.5-inch capacitive multi-touch screen which means it responds to touch commands with high-accuracy and can interpret gesture-based controls. The 18.5-inch screen features a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 1366 by 768 pixel resolution, and vibrant 350 nits brightness.

There's a low-power Intel Celeron at the heart of this HMI computer that only requires 49 watts to operate. The quad-core CPU runs at 2.0 GHz, making it very capable at handling multi-tasking; background tasks won't bog down the main application. The embedded panel supports up to 8 GB of RAM, so your operation can customize it to meet your needs and avoid installing unneeded memory. It also sports Integrated Intel HD Graphics, bringing plenty of power to display flashy graphics for digital signs and SCADA graphics.
