Axiomtek GOT3157W-834-PCT Fanless, Heavy-Duty 15.6" HMI Computer with Low Power Celeron J1900

Heavy-duty fanless touch panel computers like the Axiomtek GOT3187W-834-PCT feature a rugged IP65 design that can withstand the harsh working conditions found in factory automation, retail kiosks, trains, heavy-vehicles, heavy industries, and control systems. This embedded PC offers viable performance even at extreme temperatures as low as -10°C or as high as 50°C. The fanless cooling design eliminates the need to bring in air to keep component temperatures at safe levels and enables the touch panel to work in relative humidity conditions between 20 and 90 percent at 40°C. This embedded PC can increase its vibration-resistance working conditions as high as 2G when equipped with CFast memory instead of a hard drive. This feature is particularly helpful when installed in or near large, moving vehicles and machinery that produce immense amounts of vibration. And, the GOT3187W-834 also features a use-friendly 15.6-inch capacitive touchscreen that sports a 7h anti-scratch hardness rating, which eliminates much of the worry of accidentally damaging the display.

The GOT3187W-834-PCT runs on a quad-core 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron CPU that's well-suited to handle multiple simultaneous applications if necessary. The multi-core offers improved performance for applications designed for multi-threading. The motherboard is equipped with a single RAM slot that can support a maximum of 8GB DDR3 RAM. All this comes with a small power footprint: the embedded computer only needs 45 watts of power to run. The PC component of the human machine interface (HMI) also supports a wide-range of expandability options including dual PCI Express Mini-card slots for add-ons like a wireless LAN card or 3G card. The card slots provide three optional fixed rotational antennas for better network reception.
