Specifically, the CEM322 is powered by the Intel Pentium J6426 and Atom x6000 processors for high-performance applications. The palm-sized CEM322 is packed with a variety of rich features including low power consumption, industrial wide temperature range support and impressive graphic processing capability. The COM Express Type 6 Compact module supports two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM sockets with a maximum system memory capacity of up to 32GB. It has a rugged design with an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F) to satisfy different harsh environment demands. The system on module also delivers outstanding graphics performance through its Intel Gen 11 graphics engine.

The CEM322 comes with multiple I/O options including six PCI Express lanes, two SATA-600 interfaces, one 2.5 Gigabit LAN port with Intel i226 controller, two USB 3.2 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, and four digital I/O channels. With extremely low power consumption and 12V DC-in wide range power input, the CEM322 is designed for semi-customizable integration and application-specific solutions. Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) is also supported to provide efficient hardware-based data protection.
