The FCU-RACK-DC-PWR from Antaira Technologies is a DC to DC power supply designed for the FCU-RACK16-DC media converter enclosure. It may be used as a replacement or in-line backup power supply. The FCU-RACK-DC-PWR features load sharing and hot-swap circuitry. In redundant mode, should one of the dual supplies fail, the other will supply continuous power to the FCU-RACK16-DC until the failed unit can be replaced. This configuration prevents downtime and lost communication between media converters.
