The LPB1308A-R2 switch provides eight 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 PoE ports. It was designed for easy installation and high performance in an environment where traffic on the network and the number of users increase continuously. With a Gigabit chipset, this Gigabit Ethernet switch can fully support the highest speed in full duplex mode. The switch provides power out to other devices. It is a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) device. Powered Devices (PDs) can accept power. PD devices connect to this switch and get their power from it. The switch itself always needs to be connected to a power outlet to work. It is specifically designed for medium to large workgroups and can be installed where space is limited; moreover it provides smooth network migration and easy upgrade to network capacity.
Shielded PoE+ ports provide up to 30 watts of power per port with a total power budget of 230 watts.
