The Teltonika RUT301 is one of the most cost-efficient industrial Ethernet routers in the IoT market, providing robust network connectivity with advanced security features. It is an updated version of the discontinued RUT300. This device seamlessly connects industrial machinery in manufacturing plants, automation systems, and much more while being one of the most affordable connectivity devices in Teltonika Networks product portfolio.
This ethernet router is equipped with five Ethernet ports, two digital I/Os, and a USB 2.0 port to broaden the device’s applicability and connect just the right number of end devices you actually need. It’s a great choice for solutions that don’t need Wi-Fi or high data speeds, but prioritize network reliability and stability. This means that the RUT301 is also great for applications in the enterprise, retail, and hospitality sectors.
This router is great, particularly when evaluating its security capabilities. The RUT301 is equipped with a pre-configured firewall, providing immediate secure network support. Additionally, it offers the option to further enhance security through multiple VPNs, such as OpenVPN or IPsec, facilitating the creation of a secure and private connection.
