The BS450XL6 antenna has a 406 to 512 MHz frequency range and is rated at 250 watts and 6 dBd gain. The radiating elements are constructed of copper & copper alloy. They are encased in an ultraviolet inhibited fiberglass radome for total environmental protection. The heavy wall aluminum mounting sleeve is epoxy coated for superior weather protection.
This antenna is lightweight at less than 8 lbs. but can easily withstand winds of over 100 MPH.
The optional BSMNT2 mounting kit makes installation easy.
