The RSRF-LSP-50 lightning surge protector safeguards your Cel-Fi donor antenna and booster systems from the impact of a lightning strike. Because the donor antenna is mounted outdoors and usually at the highest point on a home or building, its susceptible to lighting and voltage surge caused by static build-up. We suggest this simple device with our fixed cellular booster kits with an outdoor antenna.
The RSFR-LSP-50 connects near the donor antenna using the 5-foot jumper cable. Assemble the booster cable to the N-type connector on the opposite side of the surge protector. A 5-foot copper grounding wire secures the protector to a solid grounding point.
