The MRM3 stud-mount micro-antenna family from Mobile Mark provides 2.5 dBi gain and high performance in a thumb-sized compact package. With a choice of single and dual-band frequency ranges, it’s ideal for WiFi, WiMAX, CBRS, and public safety applications. Built from heavy-duty materials, it features a UV resistant plastic and metal radome and a gasket to seal out the weather. The MRM3 stands up to impacts, vibration, moisture, and temperature. It’s small, at only 1.35” in height, but extremely durable.

A popular model of this family is the MRM3-3500, which uses Private LTE networks on 5G CBRS (Citizen Band Radio Serice) at 3.5 GHz. A similar model, the MRM3-2600, is available for the 2.5 to 2.7 GHz band.

The ½” diameter stud on the underside of the antenna installs through a hole and tightens with a hex mounting nut. The single low loss 195 RF cable passes through the stud hiding it from view. The MRM3 comes with a 1-foot cable terminated with an SMA male connector. The antenna should be mounted to a metal surface such as a utility box or vehicle top for best performance.
