The UTS-408A adapter box from Antaira Technologies converts eight RS-232 ports to a single USB interface. It allows legacy serial-based hardware to transfer data to a computer over a USB port. It's ideal for connecting serial equipment to systems without a serial port. It features eight screw-down DB-9 connectors and offers the option for locking USB and power connectors. Engineered for industrial locations, the UTS-408A features a rigid metal enclosure and wall-mount flanges. The isolation option (UTS-408A-SI) offers protection against electrical noise.
The plug-and-play software makes installation on your computer effortless. Set up the UTS-408A and follow the software wizard instructions. It will install the drivers automatically, and you'll be transferring data in seconds.
