The UTS-404A adapter from Antaira Technologies aggregates four RS-232 ports to a single USB 2.0 interface. It was designed to connect legacy serial-based hardware to computers, laptops, and servers with a USB port but without a serial port. Screw-down DB-9 connectors and optional screw-down USB and power connectors prevent accidental disconnection. Built for industrial applications, the UTS-404A features a rugged metal enclosure and mounting flanges. The isolation option (UTS-404A-SI) offers surge protection for electrically noisy locations.
Plug-and-play software makes installation effortless. Install the cables and follow the steps of the software wizard. Your computer will recognize the converter and install the drivers automatically.
