Antaira Technologies' MSC-204A1-S PCI Express (PCIe) interface board offer 4 high-performance RS-232 serial ports. Designed for PCs, thin clients, or servers, it offers instant COM port expansion via the PCIe bus. It may function as a client or server to connect older serial based equipment like point-of-sale devices, scanners, card readers and instruments. A DB-44 female front panel connector cables to four DB-9 connectors. Power pins in the DB-9 connectors supply 5V and 12V.
